Where to go

Once in the terminal, follow signs for arrivals. If you arrived on an international flight you'll need to clear passport control and Customs. If you've used our Shop & Collect service you'll pick up your shopping at the desk in the check-in area.

Refreshments: If you need to relax (or revive yourself) after your journey you'll find food, drink and a place to sit down at the airport. Enjoy coffee and a bite at Costa, classic food and your favourite tipple at Wetherspoons, or sandwiches and hot snacks at The Kitchen, all in the public area after baggage reclaim.

Essentials: You can pick up newspapers, magazines, travel accessories, books, confectionery and snacks at WHSmith, close to the arrivals hall. There's also a Tie Rack and Rolling Luggage outlet.

Aberdeen Airport shops

Travel money: UK and foreign currencies are available at the Travelex bureau de change in the arrivals area (you can order currency in advance for airport pick-up or home delivery).

Meeting: The official meeting point is in the arrivals area, near the car hire desks and domestic baggage reclaim hall. Alternatively wetherspoons, Costa and The Kitchen all make great places to meet.

Help: The airport information point is opposite the main entrance. There is an airport map, flight information screen, travel and tourist information leaflets, and a phone you can use to get further assistance.

Getting on your way

Buses to Aberdeen, car park courtesy buses and taxis all stop on the terminal forecourt.

Major car hire companies have desks in the arrivals area. For details of rental firms at the airport, or to hire a car in advance, visit our car hire page.

The railway station is two miles from the airport and easily reached by taxi. From there it's a ten-minute train journey to Aberdeen.
