BAA is one of the largest commercial landlords in the UK with a portfolio valued at over £2 billion. In fact, we provide over
1 million m² of commercial accommodation for over 900 organisations. With a portfolio including offices, executive lounges, hangars, warehouses, hotels and check-in desks, property is a core part of our airport business.

We provide our customers with a choice of sites, defined levels of quality, high levels of hospitality and value for money. We aim to be open and flexible with all our customers.

BAA Property is made up of two divisions:

BAA Lynton: Manages and develops all non-operational airport property and owns a portfolio of off-airport properties.

BAA Property: Manages and develops operational airport property.
