Aberdeen Airport is about seven miles north-west of the city centre and easily reached from the A96 Aberdeen-Inverness road.

Parking

Aberdeen Airport's Short Stay Car Park is next to the terminal building and suitable for passenger pick-up and short to medium lengths of stay. The Long Stay Car Park is signposted from the approach road, a few minutes away from the terminal by courtesy bus.

Aberdeen Airport Priority Parking is at the very front of the Short Stay Car Park, at the shortest possible distance from the terminal. Passengers who use Priority Parking gain automatic access to Priority Security (admits one person).

Motorcycle parking is free in the designated areas within the car park. For security reasons motorbikes must not be parked anywhere else.

Picking up and dropping off

Passengers may be dropped off in the dedicated drop-off area of the terminal forecourt. Waiting is not allowed for security reasons. If you are picking up passengers, or need to go inside the terminal, you must use the Short Stay Car Park.

Car hire

There is a Shell service station in Argyll Road, postcode AB21 0AF, tel +44 (0)1224 799980. The station is open Monday to Friday 06:00-22:00, Saturdays 07:00-22:00 and Sundays 08:00-22:00*.
