Change of Taxi Contract
Aberdeen International Airport has taken the decision to take the management of its taxi contract in-house in conjunction with its current car park management company APCOA. This decision will allow the airport to actively manage this important passenger facing service more closely.
Taking effect from 1st June the decision has been made partially in response to customer feedback and as part of the change the airport will be making further improvements to the service by investing in the taxi waiting facilities in the coming months.
Jemma Forrest, Travel Services Manager said: “We want the passenger experience to be as positive as possible and we know that having access to taxis on arrival at the airport is important for our passengers. We look forward to working with APCOA to ensure the current and future needs of our passengers are met.”
