TUI launches new recruitment campaign at Aberdeen International Airport
TUI, formerly Thomson, is set to bolster its cabin crew numbers based at Aberdeen International Airport to meet demand for its popular holiday routes for summer 2019.
The UK’s largest holiday company operates out of Aberdeen International Airport during the summer season between May and October. Holidaymakers can fly to seven destinations including Ibiza, Corfu, Palma, Tenerife, Dalaman and Reus from May 2019 and TUI has introduced a new route to Rhodes from Aberdeen for next summer.
Lynn Harwood, Route Development Manager at Aberdeen International Airport said: “With a based aircraft at the airport and crew, TUI provides passengers flying from Aberdeen with a fantastic service. Our Aberdeen crew has been so popular with passengers and we are delighted to see the routes, and the great crew, return next summer.”
A recruitment campaign is underway to encourage trainee cabin crew members to join the TUI team at Aberdeen International Airport and is welcoming applicants to make the leap into aviation.
Mark Stevenson-Bramley, TUI’s Crew Performance Manager based in Aberdeen said: “We are really excited to be adding capacity and a new route to Rhodes from our Aberdeen base next summer. Because of this growth we are recruiting 20 new trainee cabin crew roles and welcome anyone to apply.”
