Aberdeen Airport is committed to providing assistance to passengers with reduced mobility and additional support needs from arrival at the airport until boarding the aircraft and from the point of disembarkation until leaving the airport. Assistance at the airport is provided by G4S.
If you need assistance at the airport, you must inform your airline, tour operator or travel agent of your particular need at least 48 hours before you fly. It is advisable to give as much notice as possible for both the outbound and return journey to ensure you receive the assistance you require. It is always advisable to request assistance at the same time as making your flight reservation if possible.
It is important that the appropriate level of assistance is requested through your airline, tour operator or travel agent to avoid any delay or inconvenience while at the airport or on-board the aircraft.
However, if no notification is made we will make all reasonable efforts to assist you.
