Passenger Service Agent

Salary: £12.61 - £13.17 an hour

Working in the Front of House Team you will be assisting the Passenger Services Manager to ensure that the service delivered to our customers is consistently professional and to an exceptionally high standard.

All processes must be performed in a smooth, timely and accurate manner. You should be able to demonstrate a hard-working, adaptable attitude and be able to thrive in a busy workplace.

Airport Manager

Salary: Up to £58,000 +bonus

Accountable to the Regional Operations Manager, the Site Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the fuel farm and refuelling services at the airport, whilst adhering to industry and North Air standards and policies.

As Site Manager the post holder will implement, achieve and deliver business strategy and objectives to meet customer expectations in line with our Company Values and within set budgets.

Another key area of responsibility is managing the Health and Safety of the Fuel Farm and all North Air employees on site.

They have direct line management responsibility for managing 31 staff across our Aberdeen and Inverness sites and must be able to manage and maintain Key Relationships with 3rd parties on the airfield.

Security Officer

Salary: £13.84 per hour

Overview

We are looking to recruit a professional team who are keen to ensure the safety of passengers and staff.

Successful candidates will work as part of a team; therefore they will need to be reliable and flexible. These positions are permanent contracts.

Key Tasks/Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional customer service, your duties will include:

• Access control

• X-Ray screening

• Bag searching

• Body searching

• Patrolling in all areas of the airport

• Any other security functions as required

All these duties require standing, bending for long periods.

• Valid Passport/Photographic ID or Driving Licence

• Full National Insurance Number

• Proof of address (recent utility bill *less three months)

Passenger Service Agent

Salary: £15,834.00 - £16,302.00 per year

We currently have a vacancy for Passenger Service Agents based at Aberdeen Airport.

The successful candidates will perform the following functions:

• Check in passengers (and when necessary, assess any special needs).

• Check travel documentation and ensure passengers meet security requirements.

• Process and take payments for excess baggage.

• Meet flights and assist with inbound passengers as required.

• Board flights and make announcements.

Maintenance Technician (Vehicles)

Salary: £41,000 - £44,000

To maintain North Air’s fleet of refuelling vehicles based in Aberdeen and surrounding General Aviation Locations including Inverness.

The post holder will be responsible for carrying out the servicing, repair and maintenance of the refuelling vehicles as required.
