Ramp Agents and Aircraft Cleaning Staff - Dalcross Handling

Dalcross ABZ is currently looking for staff to join our team. We currently have vacancy's for Ramp Agents and Aircraft Cleaning staff based at Aberdeen Airport. Applicants must be able to provide 5 years check-able references and provide a clear criminal record check. You must also be prepared to work a mix of shifts and on weekends and bank holidays. Early shifts may start at 5am and late shifts finish at 11pm. 

For the Ramp Agent position, you must also have a full UK/EU driving licence. The position will involve shift work, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Taxi Dispatch Assistant - APCOA

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing taxi operation at Aberdeen International Airport. As Taxi Dispatch Assistant you will work as part of the on-site Aiport Taxi team. You will be responsible for overseeing the movements of 120 dedicated Airport Fleet Taxis. This will include taking bookings via telephone, email and from walk up customers. You will work closely with the forecourt coordinator, the Taxi Manager and the wider APCOA Aberdeen Airport team. You will ensure the Taxi and Forecourt operations run efficiently at all times maintaining and providing a level of service which give complete customer satisfaction.

There are a variety of full and part time roles covering weekends and holidays, and shifts include mornings and evenings.

Opertation Responsibility:

  • Providing customer service to passengers and our client
  • Ensure the delivery of ICTS services in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintenance of Client, ICTS, and quality control Standards and Company Procedures;
