Ryanair launch Krakow route at Aberdeen International Airport

Ryanair launch Krakow route at Aberdeen International Airport

Flights to Krakow with Ryanair have launched from Aberdeen International Airport.

Today, (2nd April, 2025) saw the first flights from the North East’s largest transport hub offering exciting new travel options for passengers.

The service to Poland is Ryanair’s fourth destination from Aberdeen International Airport joining Malaga, Alicante and Faro.

Krakow, one of the most highly requested destinations from Aberdeen, becomes the airport’s second direct connection to Poland, joining the popular route to Gdansk.

The launch of this twice-weekly new service reinforces Ryanair’s growing presence at Aberdeen International Airport, where demand for European destinations has been on the rise.

Flights to Krakow operate on Wednesday and Saturday.

Mark Beveridge, Managing Director, Aberdeen International Airport, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Ryanair’s new direct service to Krakow, further enhancing Aberdeen International Airport’s connectivity to Europe. This twice-weekly service will provide passengers with greater flexibility and convenience when traveling to one of Europe’s most vibrant and historically rich cities.

“Krakow has been one of the most highly requested destinations from Aberdeen, and we are delighted that Ryanair has responded to demand by introducing this much-anticipated route.

“We are not only celebrating the start of this Krakow route but Ryanair’s decision to increase its Faro, Alicante and Malaga services to three flights per week underscoring its commitment to operations in our city.

“With a 50% increase in capacity for summer 2025 and 20,000 additional departing seats, these enhancements highlight the growing demand for European destinations from the North East.”
