Rewarding our loyal customers with special benefits and discounts
Red By Dufry is the loyalty program of the Dufry group, available in Aberdeen International Airport and other selected World Duty Free stores across the world to reward and value our loyal customers with special benefits and discounts.
The loyalty program offers a tiered rewards system, customers can the following statuses:
- Silver: Attained straight away when you join. This will give you a 5%* discount on products in selected stores including Aberdeen. For each pound spent you earn 5 points.
- Gold: You reach this level when you have accumulated a minimum of 2000 points. For each pound spent you earn 5 points. This status gives you access to a 7%* discount in selected stores including Aberdeen.
- Platinum: This is the highest tier and becoming a platinum member means you reach a minimum of 5000 points. For each pound spent you earn 5 points. Being platinum allows you to get a 10%* discount in World Duty Free stores.
